FINAL JUDGMENT OF ADOPTION
Th~s cause coming on to be.he~rd upon the verified petition
of HOWARD JAY CROUCH, for the adoption of TIFFANY LANETTE
CHAMBLEY, and it appearing to the Court that the Petitioner is
a fit and proper person to adopt the minor child sought to be
adopted and that the best interests of this child wi11 be _
. promoted by the adoption and that the child is suitable for
adoption by the Petitioner, HOWARD JAY CROUCH, and being ~
otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the minor child known as
; TIFFANY LANETTE CHAMBLEY is declared to be the legal child of
the Petitioner and is given the name of TIFFANY LANETTE CROUCH, ~
by which name she shall hereafter be known. It is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that this child shall be the child and
legal heir of the Petitioner, HOWARD JAY CROUCH, entitled to .
aIl rights and privileges, and subject to all obligations of a
child born to Petitioner in lawful wedlock.
DONE AND ORDERED at Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County,
