This cause came on to be heard on September 7, 19'78 upon
the Petition for Adoption filed in this cause and the consent of .
Rebecca Allene Huff Dillman Baldwin, natural mother of the minor
child, and the consent of Arthur Raymond Dillman, natural father
of the minor child, and it appearing to the Court that the
Petitioner is a fit and proper person to adopt the minor child
sought to be adopted, and that the best interest of the child will
be promoted by the adoption, and that the child is suitable for
adoption by Petitioner, Billy D.avid Baldwin, and being otherwise ~

~ fully advised in the premises, it is therefore
~ ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:

~ 1. The minor child named in the Petition is declared
~ to be the legal child of Billy David Baldwin, and is given the name
~ of Patricia Lynn Baldwin, by whicli name she shall hereafter be known.
