• O R D E R
THIS CAUSE came on to be heard before this Court on
the 8th day of September, 1978, and the Court having heard
the testimony of the parties and the arguments of the counsel, _
finds as follows:

l. That the marriage between the Petitioner and the
Res~ondent was dissolved in Duval County, Florida on the 28th
~
~ day of Fiay, 1977 by Final Judgment of Dissolution of ?tarriage
!
~ and that pursuant to said Final Judgment Respondent, RTCHARD
_
~ DAVID DiFRANCESCO, was ordered to pay the sum of Thirty ($30.00)
~
~ Dollars per week to the Wife as child support for the minor
s
~
' child of the parties, to-wit: RICHARD DA~IID DiFRi1NCESCO, JR.

~ 2. That there is presently an arrearage owed by the ~
~ Husband on said su ort
: pp ~ayments in the amount of Three Thousand
_ Four Hundred Eighty ($3,480.00) Dollars, but that the Husband

~ is entitled to a set-off as to this~arrearage in the amount

x of Two Hundred :~lineteen ($219.00) Dollars which represents
amounts that he had to spend to pay debts which the ~4ife was '

` ~ ordered to pay pursuant to the original decree which leaves
an amount due on said arrearages of Three Thousand Two Hundred

= Sixty One ($3,261.00) Dollars.
