3. That the Husband shall be responsible to pay the
„
~ Wife's attorney's fees in the amount of Two Hundred Fifty
($250.00) Dollars which she has incurred i~ this action plus
any Court costs which the Wife has also incurred in these
proceedings.

WHEREFORE, it is DONE and ORDERED that the Respondent,
. RICHARD DAVID DiFRANCESCO, shall pay from this date forward
~ the sum of Thirty ($30.00) Dollars per week as child support
for the minor child of the parties as was ordered in the
,
original decree plus the amount of Ten ($10.00) Dollars per
week on~the arrearages of Three Thousand ~ao Hundred Sixty
One ($3,261.00) Dollars until said arrearages are paid in full.
' These payments shall begin on the 8th day of September, 1978
~ and are to be made each week thereafter. Each payment shall
be made to the Clerk of this Court and by him remitted promptly
to BARBARA LEE DiFP:ANCESCO. In addition, there is~ hereby

j assessed the sum of Two and No/100 ($2.00) Dollars as a stat-

4 utory cost to be added to each payment made to the Clerk of

~ this Court. Al1 payments are to be inade in cash, money order

~ or cashier's check. Both of the parties are ordered to keep

~ the Clerk of this Court advised of their mailing and resident
~ addresses at all times. Further, the Respondent, RICHARD _ ~

~ DAVID DiFRANCESCO, is ordered to pay to the law firm of
~ BRENNAN, NcALILEY, HAYSKAR & MCALILEY, attorneys for the~
~
~
~ Petitioner, the amount of Two Hundred Fifty ($250.00) Dollars
~

~ for her attorney's fees which were incurred in this action

~ and the amount of Thirty Four and 50/100 ($34.50) Dollars
~
~ar
for the Court costs which were incurred by the,Wife pursuant
= to this action.
