~ FINAL JUDGMENT OF DISSOLUTION
OF MARRIAGE
THIS CAUSE came to be heard before this Court upon
the Wife's Petition for Dissolution of Marriage and
the Court having heard the testimony, finds as follows:
~ (1) That the Petitioner, LORENE STROWBRIDGE,
has been a resident of the State of Florida for more than
six months prior to the filing of the Petition.
~ (2) That jurisdiction has been properly obtained
~ over the Husband through Personal Service of Process.
~
' (3) That the marriage~,is irretrievably broken.

' (4) That the Wife, Petitioner is the best person to
~ have the custody and control of the minor children born
~
~ of the issue of this marriage.
~ (5) The parties h~ve entered into a Stipulation
~
~ pertaining custody of the minor children, child support,
visitation rights to Husband and medical, surgical and
hospital insurance for the benefit of the minor children
~ of the parties, or its equivalent during the minority of
~ the said children.
~
~ WHEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED AND ADJUDGED AS FOLLOWS:
~(1) The Marriage between. LORENE STROWBP.IDGE and
~

; JIMMY STROWBRIDGE be and the same i's hereby dissolved, and
~

~ the parties and each of them are hereby freed from the
~
~ ~ bonds of matrir~ony heretofore existing between them and -
f
~ from the obligations arising therefrom.

~ (2) The Wife/Petitioner, LORENE STROWBRIDGE, is
