born as issue of this marriage, to-wit: Michelle Strowbridge,
James Strowbridge and Tonya Strowbridge.
(3) The Husband, JIMMY STROWBRIDGE, shall pay the
sum of $35.50 per week for the support of the minor children,
and this amount shall continue until the minor children reach
the age of 18 years of age. As contained in the Stipulation
of the parties, each payment shall be made to the Clerk of
this Court and by him remitted promptly to LORENE STROWBRIDGE,
In addition, there is hereby assessed the sum of ~ao and no/100
($2.00) Dollars as statutory cost to be added to each payment
made to the Clerk of the Court. All payments shall be made
in cash, money order or cashier's check. Both of the parties
are ordered to keep the Clerk of the Court advised of their
mailing and residence addresses at all times.
(4) The Husband, JIMMY STROS~TBRIDGE, shall pay
the sum of $35.5 , as child support beginning the ~~day
of , 1978.

(5) That the Wife, LORENE STROWBRIDGE, be and
she is authorized to assume her former name of LORENE JACKSON,
; 'and to use the same in all respects as if said marriage had
~ not intervened.

~ (6) That this Court retains jurisdiction over
~ this cause and over the par.ties hereto for the purposes of
~
~ determining future child support, visitation rights and any
further matters which may be proper.
