~ SUBORDINATION AGRE~IENT:~ :~ortgagees agree and covenant to subordinate its lien and
~ . mortgage and this mortgage lien is expressly made subject and subordinate to the lien
and provisions of a mortgage to be executed and delivered by the mortgagors to a fin-
~ ancial institution, insurance company or other lending institution as security for the
~ payment of a promissory note and any renewals and extensions thereof, to be executed
: by mortgagor. Provided further, a default under the mortgage to be held by said fin-
a ancial institution shall automatically be a default under this morEgage and agreement.
3 The mortgagor and said financial institution by the terms of said mortgage shall be ob-
~ ligated to give the mortgagee written notice of any default thereunder and an opportuni y_
to cure such default for a period of 20 days following the receipt of such notice,
~ and agrees that the proceeds of the loan from said financial institution shall be used
` I~solely to pay the development and bu~lding costs, and carrying costs with respect to
~ 'ithe mortgage property. This subordination agreement shall be self executing and by its
~ ~~terms the mortgagees do herein appoint mortgagors their attorney in fact for purposes o
~ ~execution of said'agreement. `
