_ The undersigned does hereby appl~• to the F~rt Pierce
=Uti2ities Authority for an extension of water service outside the City
2imits of the City of Fort Pierce, Florida to the fallowing described
property which I own, to-wi[:
Lot 22, Blk 26 •

I understand that in order to obtain extension of such
water service that I vill be required to pay the cost of construction
of such water line from the point of connection with existing lines of
the Utilities Authority to mp property, that the total of svch cost
shall be deposi[ed with the Utilities Authority pr-ior to the time of
the construction of said line; that T will be obligated to pay all
~meter fees and connection charges required under the Resolutions of the
Utilities Authority for such service piior to the installation of said
line; that I wi21 pay, when billed, for all water fur.nished to my
property according to the rates established by the Utilities Authority
for the service I receive.
I understand that the extension of said water service to
my property shall be contingent upon the ability of the Utilities
Authority to supply the demand requested by me without in any way
interfering ~aith the•water services now performed by the Utilities
Authority for the inhabitants of the Cit} of Fort Pierce, Florida~ ~
I hereby agree ihat in consideration of my request for
the extension of~water service to my property under the conditions above
mentioned that if my property becomes contiguous to the City limits of
the, City of Fart Pierce, Florida as such term is defined in the laws of
Florida, then I sha11 inmediately apply for the annexation of my property
to the City of Fort Pierce, Florida. ~
' I further agree that this understanding and agreement
shall be binding upon my heirs, successors or assigns and that this
document ma}~ be recorded in the public records of St. Lucie County,
Florida for the purpose of serving as notice of the terms of this
agreement.
