HomeMy WebLinkAbout0434 the ter~s and provisions of which are hereby incorporated by reference, and if Bo,rrower shall repay to Lender all sums, indebtedness, obligations and liabilities now or hereafter owing from Borrower to Lender, and shall also fully perform all the covenants, conditions and terms hereof and of the Loan and Security Agreement, then these presents shall be void, otherwise to remain in full force and effect.
