said surviving heirs being the only children of said decedent, said
decedent's husband, Rush H. Sword, having predeceased her.
5. That ELVA S. MacDONALD of 2779 E. Marina Drive, Fort
Lauderdale, Florida, is entitled to preference in appointment as ~
Personal Representative because she is: one of the beneficiaries of
the decedent; one of the children of the decedent; and her appointment
has been consented to and approved by the other beneficiaries of the
Estate.
6. That enclosed herewith and incorporated herein are
exemplified copies of the Petition for Administration filed in the
Circuit Court of Pike County, Kentucky, together with Letters of
Administration issued by said Court. -
7. That your Petitioner, ELVA S. riacDONALD is willing to
accept and undertake this trust confided in her. ~
8. The nature and approximate value of the assets of this '
Estate are:
Real Estate in Florida (Non-Homestead) $16,500.00
. Real Estate in Kentucky $81,000.00
Stocks and Bonds in Kentucky $160,000.00
9. After reasonable diligence, petitioner is unaware of
any unrevoked wills or codicils of decedent.
Petitioner requests that ELVA S. MacDONALD be appointed
Ancillary Personal Representative of the estate of the decedent.
Under penalties of perjury I declare that I have read
the foregaing and the facts alleged are true, to the best of my
knowledge and belief.
