LUCIE COUNTY SCHOOL BOARD, RALPH PATTERSON, CHARLES HAYLZNG and FLORIDA FARM BUREAU INSURANCE COMPANY'S Motion to Dismiss, the Court being fully advised in the premises and having had the benefit of argument from counsel, finds as follows: ~ ~ 1. That the plaintiffs have not complied with the f • ~ requirements of Florida Statute 768.6. ~ 2. That the plaintiffs' complaint fails to state a~ ! ~ cause of action as to Defendant, CHARLES HAYLING, pursuant to ~ ~ Florida Statute 768.9. ~ ~ WHEREFORE, it is ~ ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: ~ l. That the defendants' Motion to Dismiss is granted ~ ~ ~ - ~ as to the defendants, ST.
