RATIFICATION BY GRANTEE
The undersigned being the Grantee of that certain Warranty
Deed from George A. Costa and Lucille V. Costa, his wife, transfer-
ring to the undersigned the following described real property
situated in St. Lucie County, Florida, to wit:
The North 16.66 feet of the South 21.76 feet of Lot 2 of Block
7 of CORAL COVE BEACB SUBDNISION and the East l0 feet of a
vacated alley adjacent thereto on the West as recorded in Plat
Book 11, page 30B of the public records of St. Lucie County,
Florida. Being Unit ~2801-E.

does hereby accept said conveyance according to the cond~itions set
forth in the Warranty Deed executed pursuant thereto and acknowl-
edges that this conveyance is subject to the provisions of that
certain Declaratioin of Party Walls, Restrictions, Reservations,
Easements and Protective Covenants, as recorded in Official Records
Book 279, Page 2483 through 2549-A, as amended in Official Records
Eook 282, Page 1521 through 1526, all in the Public Records of
St. Lucie County, Florida, and all actions taken thereunder. The
undersigned understands that each and every provision of the ~
aforegoing documents is made for the benefit of all owners of
parcels of property~described therein and does further hereby
ratify, confirm an~••approve all of said provisions; and agrees
' to be bounc~ by all of the said provisions; and acknowledges and
I agrees that all of said provisions are reasonable, fair and

f equitable. The undersigned further acknowledges and agrees that
~ said Declaration and the Purchase Agreement executed by the
` undersigned, contain all of the warranties, representations and
~ inducements concerning the purchase by the undersigned of the
