CnSTA, INC., by Indenture of Mortgage bearing date the 28th day of September A.D. 1972, and recorded in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for the County of St. Lucie, State of Florida, in Offi~ial Record Book 206, Page 2585, granted and conveyed unto NEW JERSEY R~ALTY MORTGAGE COMPANY, a New Jersey Corporation and assigns, the preraises therein particularly described, to secure the payment of the sum of TtVQ MILLION ($2,000,000.00) DOLLARS, with interest as therein raentioned, as modified pursuant to a Mortgage Extension Agreement including George A. Costa and Lucille V. Costa, his wife, dated November 26, 1973, recorded at Official Records Book 222, Page 82I, as modifiefl again pursuant to a Mortgage Modification, Consolidation and Extension Agreement, dated June I0, I977. recorded ~at Official ~ Records Book 274, Page 2297, all of which recor.dings were in Public R2cords of St. Lucie County, Florida. A~+iiD WHEREAS, MIDLANTIC NATIONAL BANK, a national banking association, is now the owner and holder of said mortgage AND_WHEREAS, LUCILLE V. COSTA, is now owner~o£ the property described in said mortgage and has requested the said MzDLANTIC NATIONAL BANK ~ to release the premises hereinafter described. being part of said mortgaged premises, from the lien and operation of said Mortgage: NOW THEREFORE, KNOW YE, That the said MIDLANTIC.NATIONAL BANK, as well in consideration of the premises; the sum of one dollar and other good and valuable consideration dollars, to iC in hand paid ~ by the said LUCILLE V. COSTA at the time of the execution hereof, the r~ceipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does remise, release, quit- claim, exonerate and discharge from the lien and operation of said mortgage unto the said LUCILLE V.
