ASSIGNMENT AND ASSUA~TION AGREEMF:NT ~
THIS AGREEMENT AND ASSiJMPTION AGREEMENT made September 7, A.D., 1978,
by O.C. TNOMPSON and LUCILLE THOMPSON; his wife, of Fort Pierce, Florida,
Assignors, to MICHAEL G. ALTERMATT.and SUSAN J. ALTERMATT, his wife, of
Fort Pierce, Florida, Assignees.
IN CONSIDERATION of the sum of Thirteen Thousand Three Hundred and
00/100 Dollars ($13,300.00), the Assignors hereby assign, transfer and
convey unto the Asg{gnees a certain Articles of Agreement or Gontract for
filed September 12, 1978, in O.R. Book 294, Page 397, Public Records of St. Luc~~
Purchase dated the 16th day of May, 1976,/between HIDDEN PINES INC., a County, a.,
Florida Corporation, and RICHARD B. POLLOCK and LYNN 0. POLLOCK, his wife,
said Articles of Agreement or Contract for Purchase covering the hereinafter
described real property, situate, lying and being in St. Lucie County,
Florida, to wit:
Lot S, BZock A, HIDDEN PINES ESTATES, a subdivision according
to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 17, Page 21, of .
the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto the Assignees, MICE~AEL G. ALTERMATT
and SUSAN J. ALTERMATT, his wife, and the successors, legal representatives,-
~ heirs and assigns of the Assignees forever.

~ IT IS FURTI~R AGREES, that the Assignees shall assume as far as the

t consideration for the Assignment the principal of the indebtedness due

~ owing and outstanding from the Assignors to HIDDEN PINES INC. with regard

~ to the purchase~of sub~ect property in the principal sum of Seven Thousand

~ One Hundred Eighteen and 73/100 Dollars ($7,118.73). Said principal
~
~ indebtedness is of the effective date of September 7, 1978. Assignors
~ covenant and represent to Assignees that that is the principal balance
~
~ due and outstanding on said indebtedness as of September 7, 1978. Assignees,
~ MICHAEL G. ALTERMATT and SUSAN J. ALTERMATT, his wife, agree to assume

~ and to pay said indebtedness to HIDDEN PINES, INC.
