IN CONSIDERATION of the sum of Twelve Thousand Five
I~undred Fifty Dollars ($12,SSd.00), the Assignors hereby assign,
transfer and convey unto the Assignee a certain Articl.es of -
~ Agreement or Contract for Purchase dated the 16th day of May,
filed September 12, 1978, in O.R. Book 294, Page 397, Public Records of St. Lucie
1976,~between HIDDEN PINES INC. , a Florida Corporation and County, Florida
RICHARD B. POLLOCK and LYNN 0. POLLOCK, his wife, said Arti cles
of Agreement or Contract for Purchase covering the hereinafter
.described real property, si~uate, lying and being in St. Lucie
County, Florida, to wit:
Lot 5, Block A, HIDDEN PINES ESTATES, a subdivision
according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat
Book 17, page 21, of the Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto the Assignee, O.C.

~ IT IS FURTHER AGREED, that the Assignee shall assume as
~ far as the consideration for the Assignment the principal of the

~ indebtedness due owing and outstanding from the Assignors to :
