PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE'S~DEED ~
THIS DEED, made this ~_~day of August, 1978, by and between
DALE J. CHARPENTIER, in his capacity as Personal Representative
of the Estate of Beatrice M. Charpentier, Deceased (said estate
probated in the Circuit Court for Duval County, Florida, Probate
Division, File No. 78-257-CP), and DALE J. CHARPENTIER, in his b
individual capacity and as the sole heir and beneficiary of the

the Grantor, and DALE J. CHARPENTIER, in his individual capacity,
whose post office address is 1947 Seagull Cove, Neptune Beach,
Florida 32233, hereinafter called the Grantee;
W I T N E S S E T H:
That Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten
