FINAL JUDGMENT FOR ~ ~THIS CAUSE came on for final hearing on the 5th day of September, 1978, and the petitioner having appeared with counsel and a default having been entered against the Respondent, and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds and determines: This Court has ~urisdiction of the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the allegations in the petition herein are true, and . that the marriage between the parties never existed; and that the petitioner is entitled to an annulment of marriage. It is thereupon ORDERED AND ADrTUDGED as follows: l. ANmfULMENT OF MARRIAGE. That the marriage between JANlF'S KEATON and CARRIE COBBS KEATON be, and the same is hereby void and of no effect, and petitioner is hereby re- stored to her original status prior to this purported marriage. 2. That the Respondent, CARRIE COBBS KEATON, is hereby ~ ordered to convey to Petitioner, JAMES KEATON, by Quit-Claim Deed, as his special equity, the following described property, ~ - to wit: ~ F ' "Lot 4, Block 6 of LINCOLN PARK SUBDIVISION ' #2, as per plat thereof in Plat Book 3, Page - 4 of the Public Records of Saint Lucie County, Florida." ~ ' That Respondent, CARRIE COBBS KEATON, is hereby ordered and ; directed to deliver said Quit-Claim Deed within five (5) days ~ ; from the date of this Judgment and upon failure of the Respondent ; ~ to deliver said Deed w.ithin that period, then this Judgment shall ; act as a conveyance to Petitioner of the above-described property i - ~ ~ 2~q M ~q 0 : , _ ,R . } 1 ~ ~ ~`,~-~.~.~.~~,.-~;~~M~-~~~~ _ -v : -~~~_t ° -
