FINAL JUDGMENT
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE ~
This cause came on for trial the day of
A. D., 1978, and the Court having given full consideration to all the
evidence, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the
parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of hus-
band and wife now_exists between the parties; and that the marriage
between the parties is irretrievably borken and should be dissolved.

~ ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE: The marriage between CURTIS

~ E. FEAGINS and JEAN Q. FEAGINS be and the same is hereby dissolved,
~ and the arties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the

~ bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the
~ obligations arising therefrom.

2. CUSTODY: Custody of CURTIS E. FEAGINS, JR. and SHEILA
~
~ MICHELLE FEAGINS, the minor children of the parties is hereby awarded
~ to JEAN Q. FEAGINS, with reasonable visitation rights reserved to

~ CURTIS E. FEAGINS. ~

~ 3. SUPPORT: Commencing the day o

~ A. D.~, 1978, CURTIS E. FEAGINS shall pay to JEAN Q. FEAG S the sum
- of $30.00 each and~every week for the support of the minor children
