HomeMy WebLinkAbout0748 is hereby assessed the sum of $2.00 as statutory costs to be added
to each payment made to the Clerk. All payments shall be made in ~
cash, money order or cashier's check. Both of the parties are
ordered to keep the Clerk of this Court advised of their mailing
and residence addresses at all times while this order is in effect.
4. PROPERTY: The property settlement agreement (stipu- ,
lation) admitted into evidence is hereby incorporated herein by re-
ference and the parties are ordered to comply with the provisions
thereof .
5. RE~STRAINING ORDER: Each of the parties is hereby
enjoined and restrained from.interfering with, harassing or annoying
the other. ~
6. JURISDICTION: Jurisdiction of this cause, and the par- .
ties hereto is retained for the entry of such further orders as may
be proper. :
