FINAL JUDCMENT
~ DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
THIS CAUSE came on for trial the 13th day of September,
A. D., 1978, and the Court having given full'consideration to all
the evidence, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of
the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of
husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage .
between the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved.
It is thereupon ~
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
. 1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE: The marriage between CHRISTINE
i
~ J. NASTASI and MICHAEL NASTASI be and the same is hereby dissolved,
i
~ and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the
~
~ bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the -
obligations arising therefrom.
2. CUSTODY: Custody of ANTHONY WILLIAM NASTASI, MARCUS
Q ANDREW NASTASI and DAVID NICHOLAS NASTASI, the minor children of the
parties, is hereby awarded to CHRISTINE J. NASTASI with reasonable
~ visitation rights reserved to MICHAEL NASTASI. ~ .
~ 3. SUPPORT: Commencing the lst day of October, 1978,

~ MICHAEL NASTASI shall pay to CHRISTINE J. NASTASI the sum of $200.00
~
~
each and every month per child, for the support of the minor children
z named above, payable until each respective child reaches the age of
~
$ 18 years. .
Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court

and by him remitted promptly to CHRISTINE J. NASTASI. In addition
