against "Robert Smith", the same with various middle initials. This
affiant has no middle name or initial.
2. Affiant is married to Mardell C. Smith and has been since
1943. For the last 10 years, affiant has been a salesman for
Knight & Wall & Co., of Tampa. For the past f ive y~ars, affiant's
wife and he have resided at 3603 N.W. 85th Avenue, Coral Springs,
~ Florida, and prior to that time resided at 5710 N. E, 2nd Terrace,
Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
3. Affiant is entering into a real estate transaction in
St. Lucie County, Florida, and until the instant transaction,
