are reasonable, fair and equitable, and said Purchaser aclanotilledges and confiYms
that the Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions of the Property ~+~rn~rs' Associ-
ation has enc~nnbered arid impressed a li~en upon the Condominium parcel being conveyed
to ~'urchaser, as security for his obli~ations under the s1id Declaration of Coven~nts
