Ten Dollars and other good and valuable considerations to them in hand paid by
the said Party(s) of the Second Part, the receipt whereof is hereby aclrnowledged, ~
has granted, bargained and sold to said Party(s) of the Second Part, heirs and
assigns forever, the following described real property, located and situate in the
County of St. Lucie and State of Florida, as follows:

Records Book 280, Pages 1319 through 1986 of the Public Re-
