2. That plaintiff is entitled to a judgment of absolute
divorce from the bond of marriage on the ground of voluntary

separation from bed and board for over one year, without cohab=
itation.
WHEREFORE, it is, by the Court, this l~ day of
Apri1, 1969,
ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED, that the bond of
matrimony now existing by and between the plaintiff Lucilla E. G.
Edmonds and the defendant Thomas Percy Edmonds, be, and the ~
same is hereby dissolved upon the ground of voluntary separation.
without cohabitation for the statutory period; provided, however,
that this judqment shall not be effective to dissolve the bond
of matrimony existing between the parties hereto until the expir-
ation of the time for taking an appeal, or until the disposition
of any appeal which may be taken.
