Together with atl stroctures and improvemsnts now and hereafter on said tand, and fintures attached ther~eto, and all rents,
issues. proceeds, and profits accruing and to accrue from said premises, all of which are included within the foregoing description
and the babendum thereof; also alt gas, steam, electric, water and other heating, cooking, refrigerating, lighting, piumbing, venti-
lating, irrigating, and power systems, machines, appliances. fixtures, and appurtenances, which now are or may hereafter per• :
tain to, or be used with, in, or on said premises, even though they be detached or detachable.

TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, together with all and singular the tenemeMs, he~ediatments and appurtenances thereunto
