The undenigned, as personal representative of the above estate alleges:
1. The decedent, M~1MIE JOHNSON , a resident of
- St. Lucie County Florida , died on
November 23 , 19 77 . and Letters of Administration were issued to
Petitioner on December 2 , 19 .
Petitioner waives filing a final accounting and files herewith
waivers signed by the other three heirs waiving filing
2, ~}~~c~X~~lA a final accounting containing a~complete report of all receipts
and disbursements since the commencement of administcation of this es#ate, or since the date of the
last accounting filed herein, if any.
3. Petitioner has fully adminutered this estate, by malcing payment. settlement, or other
~ disposition of all claims and debts that were presented, and by paying or making provision for the

~ payment of all expenses of administration. .

~ 4. Petitioner has filed all required estate tax returns with the lnternal Revenue Service and
~ witn the Departrnent of Revenue of the State of Florida, and has obtained and filed with this court
~ evidence of the satisfaction of this estate's obligations for both federal and Florida estate taxes, if any.
