Church. Daqtona Beach, Florida, the amount of Two Thousand ($2, 000. 00)

FIFTH: In the event my husband, Joseph Robert Fleurent, does not
survive me, I give, devise and bequeath the rest, residue and remainder of
my estate as aforesaid to my husband's nephew, Andre Brodeur, presently E
residing at 49 Holmes Street, Drummondville, Quebec, Canada. In the event
that botb my husband, Joseph Robert Fleurent, and my husband's nephew,
Andre Brodeur shall have predeceased me then I gi"ve, devise and bequeath
~ the residue of my estate as aforesaid in equal shares to the children of my
husband'~ nop}~ow or the survivors or survivor thereof.
