action which may be instituted upon any other collateral which
may be held by the Assignee and this instrument shall at all
' times be subject to the exercise of any such right which the
Assignee may have and to any proceedings which the Assignee
~ may be entitled to take in connection therein.
7. FURTHER ASSIGNMENT. The Assignee is further
given the privilege of assigning all of its right, title and
interest in and unto this assignment of land to any person, , i

firm, or corporation to whom the note and mortgage hereinabove ;

referred to are assigned, in such manner so th~t the holder `

of such-note and mortgage shall have all the rights and privileges
given herein to the Assignee as if such Assignee were originally
named herein as the Assignee.- -
8. DESCRIPTION. The premises are more partic~larly

9. The filing of a satisfaction of the mortgage by the
Assignee shall automatically be a release of this assignement of
