William P. Reeves & Marilyn Reeves, his wife of Malvern, Pennsylvania,
hereinafter referred to as Purchaser,
• WHEREAS, the Seller ia the owner of certain real property situate
in~the County of St. Lucie, State of Florida -

NOW THEREFORE WITNESSETH:
