1978, between Tropicana Products, Inc., and Edsall Grwes, Inc.
Wherever this ADDENDUM is inconsistent with the printed portion of ;
the contract, the wording of the ADDENDUl~I shall prevail. }

NOR'f~IITHSTANDING the provisions of this agreement, it is t
further agreed by both parties that Specialty Fruit, TBMP'LES and
TANGELOS ~till be utilized by the Buyer from the follawing groves:
EDSALL #1 GRWE - - - - - - - Temples
EDSALL #3 GROVS - - - - - - - Tangelos .
BDSALL #12 GROVB- - - - - - - Temples
EDSALL #15 AROVE- - ~ - - - - Tangelos

The fruit is to test as specified in accordance with the
ter~ of the orange Participation Agreement #R-805-0: The payoff
of the Specialty Fruit will be calculated the same ae the early-mid- z
season pool, less the discounta as follaws:
TSMPLES less $.A5 per pound solid 4
TANGELOS less $.10 per•pound solid ~
It is further agreed by both parties that the Grower has
the option of selling the above TEMPLE and~TANGELO Oranges to the
fresh fruit market.
