tion exiatinq under the laws of the State of Florida, party of the first part,
in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable
considerationa in lawful money of the United States to it in hand paid by
SOUTHEASTERN HOriE MORTGAGE COMPANY A Corporation existing
under the.laws of the State of Florida party of the second part, at or before
the ensealing and delivery of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby ac-
knowledged, and grantecl, bargained, sold, assigned, transferred and set over,

according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 6, Page 24, Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida. ~
Together with the note or obligation d~scribed in said mortgage, and the money
due and to become due thereon, with interest accru~d and owing thereon.
This assignment ie made without recourse to the Asaignor in any event and for
any cause whatscever.
