ticn existing under the laws of the State of Florida, party of the firat part,
in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable
considerations in lawful money of the United States to it in hand paid by
SOUTHEASTERN HOME MORTGAGE.COMPANY ~ A Co=poration existing
under the laws of the State of Florida party of the second part, a~. or before
the ensealing and delivery of these presente the receipt whereof is hereby ac-
knowledged, and granted, bargained, sold, assigned, transferred and set over,
and by these presents does hereby grant, bargain, sell, aseign, transfer and set
over unto the said party of the second part a certain indenture of mortgage
bearing date September 28, 1978 made by Matthew O. Brown and Louise 8rown,
his wife and recorded i.n Official Recorda Book ~4~ Page13~
or under Clerk's file number Public Records of St. Lucie County, Flo-
rida, upon the following described piece or~parcel of land, situated and being
in St. Lucie County, State of Florida to wit:
L~ots 5 and 6, Block "N', HARMONY HEIGHTS ADDITION, according to the Plat thereof
as recorded in Plat Book 8, Page 38, Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
Together with the note or obligation described in said inortgage, and the money
due and to become due thereon, with interest accrued and owing thereon.
This assigruaent is made without recourse to the Asaignor in any event and for
any ~ause whataoever. _
TO HAVE AND TO ~LD TI~ same unto the said party of the second part, its suc-
cessore and aseigns forever, the said party of the firat part has caused these
presenta to be siqned in its name by its President and its corporate seal
