Mortgage when evidenced by promissory notes stating that said notes are secured hercby. At no time shall tbe principal

22. Reiease. Up~ payment of all sums securcd by this Mortgage, L.ender shall reksse this Mortgage without chuge
to Borrower. Borrower shall pay all aoats of recordatan. if any.
23. Attorney's Fees. As used in this Mortgage and in the Note. "attorney's foes° shall include attorney's foes, if any,
