21. Frtw+e.Adva~c~s. Upon request by Borrower, I_ender, at l.ender's option within twenty years from the date of this
Mortgage. may make Futuce Advanoes to Borrower. Such Future Advances, with intercsl thereon, shall be securcd by this
Mortgage when evideaced by promissory ~otes stati~g that said notes arc secured hereby_ At no time shall the principal
amount of the indebtednas secured by this Mortgage, not including sums advanced in aocordance herewith to protect the
sccurity of this Mortgage, eacoxd the original amount of the Note plus USS.
22. Rdeare. Upctn payment of all sums securod by this Mortgage, Lender sha11 release this Matgage without charge
to Borrowe~. Borrower shall pay all costs of recordation. if any. .
23. Attorsep's Fees. As used in this Mortgage and in the Note, "attorney's fees" shall include attorney's fees, it any,
which may be awarded by an appellate court. -
