21. Ftiture Ad~seees. Upon request by Borrower, l~nder, at I_ender's option within twenty yean from the date of this
Mortgage. may make Future Advanoes to BoROwer. Such Future Advances, with intercst thereon. shall be secured by this
Mortgage when evidenced by promissory notes stating that said notes are secured hercby. At no time shall the principal
amount oE the indebtednas secured by this Mortgage, not including sums advanced in aocordanee herewith to protect the
security of this Mortgage~ exceed the original amount of the Note plus USS.
?S. Rdea~e. UpQn payment of all sums securcd by this Mortgage. Lender shall release this Mortgage without chuge
