AItTiCLE II
~ DEFINITIOt~S OF TERMS •
II:1 The following words and terms as.used in this Agree-
ment shall have the meani~g set fo~th below, unless a
different meaninq is clearly required by the context:
(a) "Employer": As indicated in the Adootion Agreement,
any petson, firm, or corporation into which said
Employer may be merged or consolidated or by
which it may be succeeded and which nay adopt
this pensior~ plan and trust, or any subsidiary or
- affiliated company which may adopt this pension
plan and trust.
(b) "eoard": The present and any succeeding 8oard of
Directors of the Employer.
(c) "Trustee" or "Trustees": Those appointed in the
Adoption Agreement actinq as Trustee and any
f Success~r Trustee or Tru~tees.

(d) "EmpioyeP": Any person P~nPloyed 'ay the Employer
in the Job Classification s ecified ~ the Employer
in Item_1 in_the Adoption greement.
(e) "Particip3nt": Any employee who has ~ualified
under th.is l?~r~ement, as provided unc~c~r Article
IV entitle~ 'E:m~loyees Entitled to Participate'.
(f) "Monthly Carnings": A Participa~t's Nonthly .
~ Eacninqs as of any anniversary date shall be
determined as follows:
F'or a Participant who is compensated on a
monthly salary basis, his monthly earnings
shall equal his basic monthly salary as of
- the first of the calendar month next pce-
cedinq such anniversary date, (Item 2 in the
adoption A reement) for the preceding~calenc~ar
year converte to a monthly basis.
