2. "Accrual Computation Period": Accrual Com-
~ putation Period shall mean the ll-consecu-

identical for all Participants.
(w) "Year oE Service": Yea~ of Service shall mean an

employee completes not less than 1,OU0 lfours of
Service. Year of Service prior to a~reak in ~
Service shall not be counted until such time as
an employee has been re-employed for at least 1
Year of Service after which all pre-break a~d ~
post-break Xears of Service shall be counted. ~

Service Eor Eliqibility Computation Period puc-
poses st~all be deemed ta include fractional por-

ARTICLE III
- PE:NSIOti ~OMMITTEE
III:1 The Bmployer shall be Administrator of this Plan and
he delegates the duties set forth in this Article III
and enumerated in Section XIII:4 to the Pension Com-
mittee. .
III:2 The Pension Com~~ittee shall consist of at least two
but not more than three members appointed by and to
hold office durinq the pleasure of the [3oard. The
membecs oE the Pension Committee shall serve without ~
compensation-but shall be reimbursed ~or all expenses ~
by the Employer. j
