The Accruc_I i:e~.~fit at date of ter~inat ion ~f e~~ploy-

be the difference between the retirement ~nnuity ~ ~
accured to date of termination of employment an;l the -
Accrued denefit at date of terminati~n ~f emFloyment -
der ive-~ f rom the l~ar t ic ipant' s Contr ibut ion. :
A Participant shall be vested lUUB in thi~ retire!~ent
benefit at his tdornal Retirement~ Date even th~ugh his
Yeacs of Service while this PZan and Trust were in
existence does not result in lUU~ vestiny in accor~i-
ance with the above vesting schedule.
XI:4 For purposes oE vesting, all Years oE Service of an
Employee with the Employer shall count as Years of
Service with the following exceptions:
(1) Years of Service prior to the tine an er~-
~~loyee attains age 22.
(2) Years of Service duriny a periou for ~rhich
- the"P~rticipant declined to contribute if
sucn contributions wer+e nandatory.

(3) Y~ars of Service durinn any ~~eriod for ~
which the ~'nployer did not m3i~tain tt~is
Plan or preciecessor plan defined by the
:~eccctary of the 'Preasucy.
(4) Ye~~rs of :iervice before January 1, ly"ll
~inless the t~articipant has completed at
least three years oE service after Decenber
31, ly'lu.
(5) '~ears of Service Frior to a one year break
in service if the ParticiFant was not vested
•~nd the num ber of consecutive one year
~ ~reaks e~uals or ex~eeds the ac3gregate
number of years of service c:receding the ~
t•reak. ~
XT:S A Particit~ant whose e:.iployment with the ~:~ployer ter-
minates prior to his Nornal Retiren~ent Uate because '
of permanent incapacity shall be entitle~~ to IOU~ of '
the present value of the retirement annuity accrued -
to date of ternination of employt~ent. Pernanent in-
capactiy, for this Furpose, shall nean bodily injury ;
or dfsease wt~ich totally and permanently prevents the ~
( Participant fron performing his usual c;uties. i
