However, a former t~articipant who is re-er~~loyed
and becomes eligihle to rejoin the Plan n3y repay
the full amount of his prior distribution, with
interest at 5$ per annum compounded, in which
event his service prior to such termination of
employment ~hall not be distegarded, and the Par-
ticipant's Accrued tienefit shall be recomputed by
taking into account any service pteviously disre-
garded. ~uch repayment must be made within two -
(2) years of the Parti~ipant's re-employMent by ~
the Emp2oyer.

AFTICLE XIII
TNE TRUSTEE ~
XIII:1 The Trustee of this `Trust shall have the authority to
control and manaqe the operation and adninistration-of
this Trust. .
~ XIII:2 The Trustee sh~ll receive all contributions and st~all
hold and invest them as provided in this '.'rust
Agreenent. The Trustee shall have all ~owers necessary -
for the pe~- t or~ancP of its duties, includ ing the r i~ht
to consul t l•~qal counsel, and may author ize one or r~ore
of its members to act in the capacity of autho~ized
Trustee and siqn on betialf of the Trustee. The Tcustee
may resign upon qiving sixty (60) days written notice
to the Employer. The Trustee may be remove~ by the
Employer at any time upon 60 days notice in writing to
the Trustee in which event the successor Trustee shall
thereupon be appointed by the Employer.
XIII:3 The Trustee sh~ll account in writing to the Enployer
within.~ixty (b0) uays followinq the Anniversary Uate ;
of each year. If a written objection is filed by the
Ea~ployer, the sane may theceafter be compromised and ~ {
settled in such manner as the Trustee and the Employer,
with the approval of the Board, may deternine and
agtee, whereupon such account shall be modified ~
acordingly and shall thereupon becorae conclusive in
