termination oE the Plan and Trust has bEen received by ~
the-Insurer at its tiome Office. No amendment to the -
Plan and Trust shall deprive the Insurer uf any _
protecti~~n except as to policies issued by it after ~ .
receipt at its Home Office of notice of the ~ter~ns of _
such amen~~nent. ~
XVII:3 The Insur~r shall be Eully protected in dealiny with
the Trust-e~~ according to the latest notification
received by ti~e Insurer at its Home Office. For
purposes~c~f this Article, Trustee shall nean any one or ~
more of the Trustees under this Agreement, whether
indivi:~ual ~~r c~~r~~orate. . ~
XVII:4 The Insur~~r shall pay all retiremenr an~~:iity ~»yments ~ ;
and all cieath henefits directly to the nerson entitled ±
to the saine, and the Employr~r assumes n~ liability witt,
respect to any such payments.
