BE IT RESOLVED that the restated BART HACKLEY
. ACCOUNTANCY~~CORPORATION EltPLOYEES PENSION TRUST executed
on the ~ day of ~"'rand effective retroactively
to June~~1976 be an t e same ereby is adopted and
approved by-BART•HACKLEY ACCOUNTANCY CORPORATION and that
the President, Bartlett M.~Hackley and Secretary, An~ette Landau,
be and they hereby are authorized and directed to execute
said Agreement on behalf of this corporation.
