Property. includiag those past due. All rents 'collxted by the receiver shall be appliad first to payment of the costs of .

21. Frtrre Aarsscea. Upoa request by Borrower, Lender, at l.ender's option within twenty years from the date of this
Mortgage. may make Future Advances to Borrower. _ Such Future Advances. with intercst thercon, shall be securcd by this
Morigage whe~ evide~ced by promissory notes stating that said nota are secured hereby. At no time shall the prineipal
amount of the irnkbtodness securod by this Mortgage, not including sums advanced in accordanoe herewith to protect ihe
