Upon acccleradon under paragraph 18 hereof or abandonme~t of the Piroperty. I.ende~ shaQ be e~titlod lo have a
receiver appointed by a~rourt to e~ter upon, take possession of and manage the Property and to colkct the rents of the
Property, including those past due. All rsnts collected by 1he rcceiver shall be appliod first to payment of the costs of _

21. ~trre Aivsaces. Upon request by BoROwer, l.ender, at Lender's option within twenty yeus from the date of this
Mortgage, may make Future Advances to Borrower. Such Future Advances. with interat thereon, shall be securcd by this
Mortgage when evideaced by promissory notes stating that said notes are secured hereby. At no time shall the principal
amount of the indebtodncss securcd by this Mortgage, not including sums advanced in accordance herewith to protect the
security of this Mortgage, excoed ihe original amount of lhe Note plus USS.
22. Rdea~e. Upc~n payment ot all sums secured by this Mortgage, I:ender shall .release this Mortgage without charge
to Borrower. Borrower shall pay aU cosu of recordation, if any.
23. wnorsey's Fees. As used in this Mortgage and in the Note, "attorney's fees" shall include attorney's feu, if any, '
