Upon accekration uader paragraph 18 hereof or abando~ment of the Pmperty. I.ender shall be tntitled to have a
rcceiver appointod~by.~ court to eoter upon. take poasession of and manage the Property and to colkct the rents of the
Property~ including tho~~ p~st due. All rents collocted by the receiver shall be applied Rnt to payment of the costs of
management of the Property and collection of rents; including, but not limited to. receiver's f~es. premiums on roceiver's

21. F~twe Aa~a~ca. Upon request by Borrower, l.ender, at I.ender s option within twenty years from the date of this
Mortgage. may make Future Advances to Borrower. Such Future Advances, with interest lhecoon, shall be socured by this
Mongage when evidenced by promissory notes stating that said notes an securod hereby. At no time-shall tt~e pri~cipal
