in O.R.Book 20b, page 1144 of the public records of St. Lucie
County , Florida; which said first mortgage the GRANTEES, herein
agree to assume and pay, (2) city and county taxes accruing after
July 20, 1972. Th3s conveyance is also made pursuant to the terms
of that certain "AGREEMENT FOR DEED" between the GRANTORS here~n
