MARTHA VIRGINIA BAIRD, Wife and ORA FRANKLIN BAIRD, Husband ;

having previously entered into a separation and property settle-
ment which was incorporated into a final judgment on November 30,
1976, in Circuit Court, Case Number 76-1188-CA, and ~
Whereas, said agreement in paragraph #11, thereof, provides
that modifications shall only be effective if made in writing and,
Whereas, each of the parties have determined that it is in
the best interests of everyone concerned that certain modifica-
tions be reduced to writing,
Therefore, the parties, and each of them, hereby agree as
follows: . ~
1. Paragraph ~6 of aforesaid agreement is deleted in its
entirety and ORA FRANKLIN BAIRD, Husband, shaZl execute and deli-
ver to MARTHA VIRGINIA BAIRD, Wife, a valid_and recordable Quit ~
Claim Deed to the property located at 106 Osceola Avenue, Fort
Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida.
2. Paragraph ~2 of the aforesaid agreement is deleted in
its entirety and MARTHA VIRGINIA BAIRD, Wife, agrees to waive any
further demands for money as called for under said parag~aph #2.
3. That ORA FRANKLIN BAIRD, Husband, will take children on
vacation with him with MARTHA VIRGINIA BAIRD'S approval, during
Summer Vacation period. . .
4. Except as to those provisions specifically amended herein,
the aforesaid remains in full force and effect.
-This agreement shall inure to the benefit of the heirs,
executors and assigns of each of the parties hereto.
