That the Plaintiffs, James E. Hamblin and Helen G. Hamblin, his wife, own and have the legal title in fee simple to the lands described as against the Defendants and their heirs, • successors, personal representatives and assigns as follows:_ All lands lying south of the boundary line described as follows: ~ ~ Beqinning at the Northwest corner of Section 3 Township 35 South, Range 40 East, run South 896 37'30" East for a distance of 628.9 feet to a point which is the intersection of the Township line and the East property line of the Florida East Coast Railroad Right-of-way; from said point run North 2Q°24' West 327.45 feet on the East Riqht-of-way line of the~Florida East Coast Railroad to a point; run thence North ~84~06' East 285 feet to a point; run thence North 18°54' West 235 feet to a point; thence run S 89°37' East 50 Eeet to a point; thence run N 18°54' West 1.60 Eeet to a point; thence run N 69°13'30" East I58.85 _ feet; thence run North 67°23'.50" East 175 feet to a point lying one foot South of an existing dock; thence continuing on the said Zast course to the , channel of~the IndianRiver, all of said land lying ~ and being in $t.
