3. As to Interrogatory #59, the Court finds that if the ~
~ question cannot be answered without breaching the attorney-client :
~ privilege, said.objection is sustained and no further response will 4

be required; the Defendant shall be required to otherwise answer if ~
~ said response would not be governed by the attorney-client privilege.
