OECLARE:
A. That paragraph lA. as it appea~s in said amended Supplementary -
Declaration of Restrictions be elimi~ated therefrom and that in
place a~d i~stead thereof, the following be inserted as paragraph
1A: -
- "That the pennitted uses contained in Parag~aph 2 A, sub-section
4 of the original Declaration of Restrictions dated May 3, 1972
and filed in.Official Record Book 202 at pages 487 thru 494 of
the Public Records of St. Lucie County, i.e. manufacturing, ware-
housing fabricating, processing, distribution and commercial
storage of.non-explosive materials and subsection 5, ~.e•. ~~~ne
and repair shops, are to be permitted on all lots including those -
f ronting on Corrmercial Boulevard, provided hvwever, that all buildings
to be constructed on lots as they appear on said plat, shall conform .
to the follawing regulations to be knawn and hereafter referred to as
the "Port St. Lucie Industrial Park Landscaping Code", to-wit:
(i) PORT ST. LUCIE INDUSTRIAI PARK LANDSCAPING.CODE -
Purpose and Intent: The purpose and intent of the landscape ~
code is to improve the overall appearance of the Port St. Lucie
Industriat Park, and m~re particularly, to create a visual buffer • ~
F between off street vehicular parking, storage, or construction

t yards and the adjacent right-of-way and property.
~ Maintenance: The owner shall be responsible for the maintenance
~
~ of all landscaping. All landscaped areas shall be provided with
~
a readily available water supply, with at least one outtet located
within 50' of all plant material, or an adeguate irrigation system.
~ Plant Material: All plant mate rial sha11 be Florida ,~l standard
~ quality or better. Trees shall be a minimum of ~3' overall height
with 1~" caliber immediately after planting. Shrubs and hedges -
~ shall be a minimum of 24" in height when measured immediately after
~
~ ~ planting, planted two feet on center.

- Required Landscaping Adjacent to Public and Private Right-of-Way. ~

A strip of land at least 10' in d~pth abutting the right-of-way _
shall be landscaped.
