PETITION FOR APPROVAL OF PRIVATE SALE

VIRGINIA D. DE BOW, as Personal Representative of the Estate
of EDWARD A. DENT, petitions this Court for its Order approving
the private sale of the real property of Decedent, EDWARD A. DENT,
located in Saint Lucie County, Florida, and listed in the Inventory '
filed with this Court. The sale of said property would be pursuant
to and under the provisions of a Deposit Receipt Contract submitted
to Petitioner, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part
hereof , - .
AS GROUNDS for this Motion, Petitioner states and would show
th'is Court:
1. That the property to be sold~is subject to the estate of ~
EDWARD DENT, Deceased. ~
2. That the Last Will-and Testament of Decedent did not ~
speciEically grant to Petitioner the power to sel.l.
3. That it is in the best interest of the Estate and of
Petitioner, who is the sole person interested in the real property,
to be sold.
WHEREFORE, Petitioner prays that the sale in accordance with
the Deposit Receipt Contract be authorized by Order of this Court.
Under penalties of perjury, I declare that I have read the
foregoing, and the facts alleged therein are true to the best of
my knowledge and belief.
